We are engaged in manufacturing and export of fabrics, apparel and home furnishings having outlets all over India and in countries like USA, Singapore, and our products can also be shopped all over the world through our website www.nalli.com. Our products speak for themselves and through this site we hope to provide you an ample opportunity to shop for, and clothe yourself in the best traditional outlook with wide range of collections. Terms of Use

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so require "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User of Nalli.

The customer by accessing / using www.nalli.com as a registered user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions, policies of our website. Any customer willing to use our website may create an account by providing true, accurate and complete information as to name, address, email, phone number, and thus avail the services. Please note that we rely on the information you have provided to us at the time of creating an account for verifying your details and further for delivery purposes and communication of any attractive offers from time to time.

Nalli reserves the right to change, amend, modify or update the policies, terms and conditions from time to time, without any notice and the revised terms and conditions would be available on website, hence customers are requested to read the same carefully.

You agree that the Company may appoint any third party service provider, including but not restricted to one or more of the Company's affiliate to provide backend operations and support as instructed by the Company from time to time including but not limited to collection, processing and remittance of the Transaction Price using the existing authorized banking infrastructure to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment including but not limited to the Logistics Partner.

Intellectual property Rights

The domain name "www.nalli.com" is controlled and operated by Nalli. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by Nalli. Material on "Nalli" web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Nalli is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights is prohibited. Any use for which you receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause.

The Customers are advised to shop and use the products only through our registered domain www.nalli.com, as we do don’t sell our products through any other website or online portal. We shall not be liable in any way to any person for buying our products or similar products under the name "Nalli" from any other online store.


The customer can select from respective currencies mentioned on the top right hand side of the page on and check the prices of the products. For customer within India, the prices stated for the products are inclusive of GST and shipping charges, (please refer to our shipping policy). The customer can make the payment by either ways – (i) online payment using net banking, debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partners Razorpay. * For this purpose we may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment or (ii) a direct payment to us via bank transfer/NEFT.

Gift Vouchers and redemption of the same is available only in our stores, and cannot be availed online.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Nalli" be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement, even if "Nalli" has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Overseas Stores

Customers who have purchased from our overseas stores can exchange the sarees within 7 days from the date of purchase, only under the following conditions: -

  • The product must be returned in their original condition i.e; it must be unused and unworn, with no marks or folds, scent or damage. Please be careful when trying on clothing. (The Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange).
  • The price tag/label has not been removed;
  • The order invoice is produced along with the product;
  • The product can be exchanged with another product of the same price range from same store or any other store in same country;

At Nalli, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise, and we are here to assist you. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colors, sizes, quantities, etc., of textiles/garments/objects before placing the order.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Our return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you contact our customer care for prompt resolution.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges on products for the following cases:

Genuine Quality Issues: If you receive a saree with genuine quality problems, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request you to provide additional photographs or other forms of verification to process your return. We will initiate the refund/exchange process once we have received the product and investigated the issue.

Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: If your saree arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will initiate the refund process or send you the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.

RTO: Customers are requested to provide a complete shipping address with active phone number. Post failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency the package will be returned to our warehouse. If any reshipping requests are raised, customers will have to pay additional shipping charges at actuals.

Color Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true color of the saree. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note color variation or color mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Any requests for returns must be raised with the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. For the purpose of calculation of 7 days from the date of shipment, we shall only rely on our records.
  • A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds. Any claim for returns or exchange will not be processed if such an unboxing/opening video is not provided by you.
  • All products being returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Any further damages caused to the product owing to any lapse in re-packaging by you shall be borne by you.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been customized or altered to your specifications like adding fall and edging. We do not accept the return/ Exchange or cancellation of Dress materials /Fabrics
  • Orders placed for Gift vouchers are not eligible for return/cancellation.
  • The decision by Nalli regarding the condition of the product will be final and binding. The refund process will commence only after our quality assurance team has conducted a thorough examination of the returned item and has verified the reason provided by the customer for the return or exchange.
  • Products purchased within a specific country must be returned within the same country. We shall not accept return or exchange requests if the Product is no longer available at the place where the same was delivered by us.
  • If you wish to exchange the product for a higher-priced item, the deficit amount shall be paid by you prior to shipment of the exchanged Product.
  • Store exchange is not applicable to orders shipped outside India.
  • For International Customers – For any return / Exchange orders, Customers are responsible for the shipping and customs to be borne by us in India.

Process for initiating a return

To initiate a return, we kindly request you to contact our dedicated customer support team at eshop@nalli.com within 7 days of receiving the product. When reaching out to us, please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video. Our expert team is ready to assist you and will guide you through the entire process.

  • Upon receiving your query, our team will assess your situation on a case-to-case basis. And then present you with the available options.
  • For your convenience, our team will organize a hassle-free reverse pick-up. Once the saree is received, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
  • Upon the successful verification of the returned product’s quality, your refund or exchange request will be approved.
  • In the event of an exchange, our team will provide comprehensive guidance regarding the exchange process. This includes facilitating the exchange for the same product or assisting you in selecting an alternative product of your choice from our wide range.
  • In the event of a refund, we endeavour to process refunds promptly, typically within 7 business days. The refund will be credited through the original payment method used during the purchase, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for you.
  • In rare cases where the quality check of the product does not meet our stringent standards, the item will be reshipped to you promptly and at no additional cost. Please note that in such instances, there won't be an option for a refund or exchange.
