At Nalli, we strive to provide you with timeless, high-quality handloom sarees and premium silks, all crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. To continue bringing you the quality you love, we’ve made a small adjustment in response to rising costs from our logistics and international freight partners.

Domestic Shipping Charges
- We provide free shipping across India for orders greater than ₹4999.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Please note that billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 9.30am A 6.30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to eshop@nalli.com. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.
- Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. We do free shipping worldwide as given in the above table. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
- We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.

International Shipping Charges
- We ship internationally across multiple countries and offer free international shipping on orders valued at INR 39,999 and above.
- Oversized packaging charges may apply depending on cart weight and number of products.
- The shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of checkout, and customers are informed of the same before making the payment.
- The shipping charges do not include customs charges, import duties, VAT, or local taxes, which vary according to the destination country and cannot be predetermined or communicated by us.
- We will fulfil all international orders from our end. However, the consignee will be responsible for the entry of the products to the country they have chosen to have the products shipped to and for compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to the same, including, without limitation, payment of customs duty charges/import duty/VAT/other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- Customers will be required to pay customs charges directly to our international shipping partners (DHL/FedEx) upon delivery or as per the carrier’s payment process. Once the customs duties have been settled, the shipment is then released and promptly delivered to your destination.
- We will only be responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of India, the country where the products are being shipped from.
- In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, an order does not get cleared by customs in the destination country, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund of the customer’s order amount after deducting the shipping costs, return duty charges and any other charges incurred by the company while processing the order and having the products shipped to the customer.

For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes All be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
