Introducing 'By the bank of Ganges' Banarasi Brocaded Saree, a masterpiece that intricately weaves together two profound narratives. Inspired by the mythological descent of the Ganga River, the saree mirrors the celestial tale of King Bhagiratha's penance, intertwining prosperity, purity, and divine abundance with the sacredness of gold. Drawing from the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, the saree features intricate golden brocade patterns reflecting the river's flow during the ritual, adorned with delicately woven marigolds symbolizing spiritual offerings. The visual narrative extends beyond appearance, symbolically connecting rivers to the cradle of civilization. The tissue saree employs continuous extra-weft weaving for its golden brocade, creating a dense weave structure that enhances motif clarity. The body, border, and pallu showcase floral motifs, rhombus patterns, and marigold accents, creating a harmonious balance that resonates with the divine essence of the Ganga.
₹19,500.00 Inclusive of all taxes (For Customers in India) I understand that any saree ordered with fall and edging will not be eligible for returns, exchange or cancellation.

In this handloom sarees, you would notice, there would be weaver's measurement mark in every meter. Dip and Dyed is a technique is to dip the border or pallu in a contrast color to get the richness and color which is a natural dyeing process, the color penetrates through the body. Majorly you may find it on Banarasi sarees.
  • Due to the nature of dip dyeing of the sarees like Banarasi Tussar tend to have a little lesser length when compared to Kanchipuram sarees. i.e. 42 inches unlike the length of 44-48 inches in Kanchipuram Sarees, but this doesn't take away the elegance and the grace of the saree.
