For First Time User Guide
Our store has a wide collections on Silk Sarees and Furnishing favoring your taste. You can view the collections by clicking the links in the Home Page that have labels in them as "Online shop", "Furnishing". Or, you can search for sarees by using our Search engine by specifying the required product type, color, your required design/pattern , and the price range. The Search engine will then fetch you the items that suit your given criteria and display then in the DisplayHall page.

You can add the items of your preference to the cart by clicking the add to cart link(). The shopping cart can hold a maximum of 5 items. Once the cart is full, the items in the cart should be submitted for billing or deleted from the cart for new items to be added to the cart.

In the "Online Shop" page, items are priced in US$ only. If an item/items in a page disappears when the page refreshes, it means that those items were purchased by you or by some one else.

To view the items in your cart, you have to click the link labeled "View/Cancel cart" or the "Shopping Cart" available in the page's bottom. This will display to you the items that are currently available in your shopping cart. The Shopping cart allows you to delete any/all of the items available in your cart.

You can finish shopping or continue shopping by clicking any one of the button which is placed in the Top/Bottom of the page. On clicking the button labeled "Finish Shopping" a message box appears, requesting you to choose between the options "New Customer" and "Old Customer" (note: if you have already signed in, this will not appear). Clicking the "New Customer" link will take you to Customer Details page where you will be asked to fill up your personal details. The Address you give here will be treated as the Billing address and the Customer Mailid that you provide will be taken as you Customer Mail ID

After finishing the Customer profile you will be prompted for Delivery Address details. After completing the form you must choose the payment option according to your convenience. Currently, we accept payment by Credit Cards.

On successful completion of the delivery and payment details, the Final Order Details page is shown to the customer.

Kindly give us 3-4 weeks for delivering any of the items purchased in the web store.

 
Online Shop  
This collection contains the most exquisite Silk Sarees made from the finest Silk threads for every cherishable moment in a woman's life.  
Archive

This includes a huge collection of silk sarees which were of great demand in the past. Currently, these items are made with a customer's order only and are not available off the shelf. Customers who are interested in buying items from the Archive Collection are requested to mail their inquires along with the itemcodes, to inquiry@nalli.com. The time frame within which the sarees under this section will be delivered will be mailed to you along with order amount payable and the mode of payment.

Wishlist

Wishlist holds the list of items that a customer has chosen and wishes to buy at a later stage.Customer's can then access their wishlist and review their chosen items. For using this service customers are required to create a login at nalli.com. Henceforth, they can login to their account and can add items to their wishlist by clicking the link () as they browse through the site. The items in the wishlist can be reviewed at a later session by logging on to their account using the (Wishlist) and customers can then proceed to buy them. (Note : Selecting an item to the wishlist does not gaurantee the availability of the item for purchase at any point of time)

Payment Options

(i) Payment Using Credit Card
This Credit Card facility is available for shopping the items only under Online Shop. The Credit Card currently accepted by the sites are cards only. Our Credit Card Transactions are handled by Verisign Payment Gateway using Secured Socket Layers. Currently we accept payments in US Dollars only. If you use a Non-US currency Credit Card for purchasing in our site. Our bank will automatically convert it to your home currency based on today exchange rates. Your Credit Card Company may also charge the currency conversion fee for this service and your final price may be affected by such fees. Nalli.com is not responsible for such charges as they are entire responsibility of the buyer.
Changing Personal Profile

Customers who wish to register with us are required to provide their profile while registering with us. This profile can be modified at a latter stage by logging into their account using the link( My Account Status ) and clicking on the ( Change Profile ) link.

Changing Password

Customers who have registered with us, maitain a customer mail id and a password to their account. This password can be changed by logging on to their account using the link (My Account Status ) and clicking on the ( Change Password ).

Forgot Password

Customers who have registered with us, maitain a customer mail id and a password to their account. If a customer has forgot his/her password, they can submit their customer mail id and click on the "Forgot Password" present in the customer login page. A mail containing the customer's password would be sent to mail address present as the customer's mail id.

Changing Delivery Details

The delivery details for an order can be changed only after the customer logs into his/her account. The customer can then change the delivery details for any/all the items present in an order made by the customer. The delivery details can be changed only if the order status is not "Delivered" or "Order in Process"

View Order Status      

The customer can view the status of his/her order by clicking the link "Order Status" menu (or) by logging into the account using the link "My Account".

     

Cancel Order / Item

     

After placing an order with us, the customer can cancel the whole order or a single item in the order by login to their account and clicking the button "Cancel Item". One exception to this is when the order status is "Delivered "or the "Order is in Process".

     
Canceling Account      

If a customer wishes to cancel his/her account, he/she is requested to mail to inquiry@nalli.com

     

Shopping Cart

   

In Display Hall the shopping cart is shown as floating. where ever you go on the Display Hall the Shopping cart follows you. This reduces the time and increases your shopping speed.You can add the items of your preference to the cart by clicking the add to cart link(). The shopping cart can hold a maximum of 5 items. Once the cart is full, the items in the cart should be submitted for billing or deleted from the cart for new items to be added to the cart.

     
Browse through Various Collection    

Our store has different product type such as Silk Sarees and Furnishing. The Silk Sarees has different sub types such as Wedding Sarees and Party Wear. Furnishing has three different sub types such as Table Tops, Bedding and Home Furnishings.

     
Search      

Our site is powered by search engine by which you can search our collection to get the appropriate garments satisfying your requirement. You can provide us the Options such as the Product type ( Silk Sarees ) and the different collections in Silk Sarees.  We also have Color option, Design option and Price option. According to the options selected by user the search engine produces the result.

Tracking Your Order

Once customers place an order with us, they can track their orders by logging into their account and can view the current status of their order. After their orders are dispatched, they are provided with the tracking numbers using which they can track their shipment in the shipment agency's website.

Shipping Charges and Policies

Shipment charges depend on the weight of the sarees which would be displayed to the customer in the Final Order Details page.

For Items Purchased under Online Shop If delivery address is in California state, then 8% state tax is applicable. Approximate charges for UPS ground shipping is $15. Delivery times vary, depending on the availability. For further clarifications, please mail to: nalliusa@nalli.com

Delivery Shedule

Please note that we are currently offering delivery in more than 180 countries through out the world.

India: We will need 5 working days from the date of confirmation of order to deliver the sarees in India.

Other Countries: We will need 12 working days from the date of confirmation of order to deliver the sarees in other countries. Please note that the sarees will be sent from India.

For Abroad countries, we deliver the shipments through DHL worldwide.
As soon as we dispatch the sarees, we provide you with the Shipments Airway bill number. You can track your shipments at www.bluedart.com or www.dhl.com

In case, there is no Courier Service to the address mentioned, the consignment will be sent through Indian Speed Post OR Registered Post.

NOTE: Please note that if the payment mode is through Cheques and Demand Draft, the order will be processed after the cheque has been realised.
